These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thrmal Curriculum, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the Thrmal.ai educational platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
2. Account Creation and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@thrmal.co of any unauthorized use.
3. License to Use the Service
Thrmal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
4. Course Access and Content
Paid tiers provide access to content as described on the pricing page. Course availability dates are target dates and subject to change.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without authorization; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access; or use automated tools or scrapers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Thrmal.ai is the exclusive intellectual property of Thrmal Curriculum, LLC and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.
7. Payment and Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not completed 50% or more of quiz assessments in any Level and have not downloaded any content or certificates. Contact billing@thrmal.co.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THRMAL DOES NOT WARRANT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
THRMAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes go to binding AAA arbitration. Class action waiver applies.

Thrmal Curriculum, LLC is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account information (name, email, password), payment information via our payment provider, usage data (course progress, quiz scores), and essential session cookies for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the platform, process payments, send course updates and service notifications, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data stored via Supabase, US servers (us-west-2, Oregon). We use TLS/SSL encryption and bcrypt password hashing. No method of storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your information to any third party. We may share with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@thrmal.co. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
